We are a manufacturer of professional stage lighting based in Guangzhou, China.
We collect information you provide directly when submitting a quote request, downloading resources, subscribing to our newsletter, contacting sales, or chatting with our on-site assistant. This may include: name, company, country, email, phone number, project details, and the content of any message you send us.
We also collect limited technical data automatically — page viewed, referrer, country derived from your IP address and browser type — using our own first-party analytics. We do not load third-party advertising or analytics trackers such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or Meta Pixel on this Site.
AI assistant conversations. Messages you type into the RiGeBa Lighting sales assistant, and the answers it generates, are stored so our sales team can review the thread, take it over when the assistant cannot finish it, and improve its knowledge base. Transcripts are visible only to authorised staff and are never used to train third-party models.
We do not sell your personal data. We share only with shipping carriers, payment processors, and analytics providers acting as data processors under contract.
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including China, the United States, and the European Economic Area. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfers.
RFQ inquiries: 24 months for legitimate business purposes. Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: 14 months. AI assistant conversations: 180 days, after which they are permanently deleted; when a conversation turns into a sales inquiry, the resulting lead record is kept for the RFQ period above. You can ask us to delete your conversation earlier at sales20@rigelighting.com.
