All product specifications, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices shown on the Site are indicative FOB Shenzhen pricing for MOQ 4 or more. Final pricing is communicated by our sales team after an RFQ submission.
Quotations issued by RiGeBa Lighting are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise noted. They are not offers to contract. A binding agreement only arises upon written confirmation and receipt of the deposit.
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment. Trade terms (FOB / CIF / DDP) are agreed per quotation. Shipping estimates are non-binding; actual delivery times depend on carrier and customs. Title and risk pass per agreed Incoterms 2020.
We warrant products against defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of shipment. Lamps / bulbs carry manufacturer warranty only. Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, modification, or damage caused by improper installation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiGeBa Lighting's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
OEM customers retain rights to their own branding applied to products under OEM agreements. RiGeBa Lighting retains all rights to underlying product designs, firmware, IES files and documentation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Guangzhou under CIETAC rules.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
