Manufacturing process
What happens between the order and the container
- Incoming partsLED modules, power supplies, boards and hardware are checked against the spec before they reach the line.
- SMT & PCB assemblyDriver and control boards are populated, programmed and tested in circuit.
- Mechanical workSheet metal and CNC parts for yokes, bases and housings are cut and finished in our own shop.
- Optical assemblyLenses and optics are fitted, focus is calibrated and the beam is aligned to the published angle.
- Fixture assemblyWiring, fans, motors and housings are assembled, then pan and tilt are set.
- Function testEvery fixture is powered and run through DMX, addressing, pan/tilt and any effects fitted to that model.
- Aging testFixtures run under load so early failures surface at our bench and not on your truss.
- QC & packingInspection against the published specification, then foam-fitted cases, carton packing and container loading.

Specification check
Every unit is checked against the published model specification, not against a sample unit.
DMX addressing
Address, channel count and personality verified on the actual fixture.
Pan /amp; tilt travel
Full range and homing verified; no lost steps across the run.
Thermal run
Fans, heat sinks and power supply are load-tested, not just switched on.
Optical output
Lens focus and beam angle checked against the figure in the catalogue.
Final packing review
Accessories, cables, clamps and documentation confirmed before the case is sealed.
Export
Packing, loading and delivery
Fixtures are foam-fitted into flight cases or cartons, and we load full containers ourselves. We quote EXW Guangzhou by default; FOB and CIF can be arranged on request. Documents include the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.

Is RiGeBa a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. GuangZhou GeLiang Lighting Technology Co.,Ltd. owns the 8,000 m² facility the photographs on this page show, and every fixture we sell is assembled and tested there.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, by appointment. If you cannot travel, we can walk the line on a video call and send photographs or video of your specific model being built and tested.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is stated per model in the catalogue. For OEM projects with custom colours, logos or firmware the MOQ is higher, and we will confirm it with the quotation.
Do you test fixtures before shipping?
Yes. Each unit is powered, run through DMX, and load-tested, before it is packed. Failures found at our bench are cheaper than failures found on your truss.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on the model and the order size, and is stated on the quotation. Standard catalogue models are quicker than custom OEM projects.
Which certifications do you hold?
The company is managed to ISO 9001:2015. Ask for the certificate and the test reports for the models you are buying.
